How often should I schedule a deep cleaning service?

For most homeowners, a one-time deep cleaning every 6 to 12 months is usually sufficient. If you aren't receiving regular cleaning on a weekly or bi-monthly basis, you may want to schedule cleanings more frequently.

Can I ask for special requests, or request focus on certain areas?

Yes! We are happy to accommodate any special requests you may have. If parts of your home are especially cluttered or untidy, our team can spend their time just on those areas so that you get the best value for your money. Common special requests we receive include: de-griming baseboards, cleaning inside cabinets, removing pet hair from furniture, and de-cluttering closets.

What time will you arrive?

We set up a preferred arrival window of time.  As we clean homes during the day, we may encounter things that delay our arrival at our next home, like traffic or a customer who requests some additional help.  
Most locations also offer text notifications, which will remind you of your appointments and alert you when we are on our way. They’ll provide you with information about your team of cleaning professionals and the option to track their arrival time.

How many people will be in my home during each cleaning session?

Your KY Home Rejuvenation® office may send one or more team members to clean your home. The number of team members depends on your cleaning needs and the local franchise’s scheduling demands. Whether we send a team or a solo cleaner, you can rest assured that your home will be cleaned by bonded and insured professionals who are well-trained in professional home cleaning so you can relax – and enjoy the feeling of your freshly rejuvenated space!

Do I need to be home during the cleaning session?

No, you do not need to be home during the cleaning. However, if you will not be present, we’ll need to arrange access to the property involving a spare key or codes for your garage door.

Do you require me to signup for a recurring service?

While most of our customers prefer a weekly cleaning on a regularly scheduled day, we also clean homes every other week or less frequently. We also offer one-time and special occasion cleanings for holidays, graduation open houses, dinner parties, weddings and other special events. Additionally, many of our clients request seasonal cleanings for occasions such as spring cleaning and pre-holiday. Customers preparing to list their home for sale or relocating from an apartment or condo often request move-in and move-out cleaning.

I only need help with the more rigorous tasks like cleaning ceiling fans, dusting blinds and scrubbing showers. Can you help with this?
